On the other hand, we believe that adding this capability to the author's pallette improves the envelope of good pages that can be created. How to steer the authors into the good zone is the topic of the GL group. They are preparing markup guidelines as to how to apply the language specified in the HTML4 document to create webs of accessible information. -- Al
