[Issue Severity 2] meeting minutes, week 1

Hi, all

The minutes for week one of the Issue Severity 2 subgroup<https://github.com/w3c/silver/wiki/Issue-Severity-2-Subgroup> are on our wiki page.


  1.  We talked though possibly changing the start time of the meetings to start two hours’ later.
  2.  We had brief introductions
  3.  We walked through the initial Issue Severity subgroup’s work
  4.  We scheduled a working meeting before next week’s subgroup meeting to add more content to the Issue Severity spreadsheet.
