The current draft text seems to match the latest discussion, however the
Editor's Note comment at the end will need to be removed from the final
version upon publication. (Ya, standard stuff, but getting it on the
record...)

EDITOR'S NOTE

The working group is interested in feedback about the minimum area metric,
and if there are unusual scenarios where visible indicators are caught by
the wording.
