Hi everyone, I’ve reviewed the recent emails on the Findable help SC (located here: https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/1158). The remaining issues are: 1. What is meant by “available”? E.g. if an organisation has two blogs, one has contact details and one doesn’t, does the one that doesn’t need to link to the details? Proposed answer: That is what “Set of Web pages” (and SPAs) defines, it is the same for Multiple-ways, Location (2.4.8.) and Consistent navigation / identification. I.e. two different blogs are different “sets of web pages”. 1. The definition of SPAs. Proposed change: "Single page web applications: Pages obtained from a single URI that provide navigation which changes the meaning of the Web page.” There is a question about whether SPAs needed to be defined, but it does appear to leave a gap if they are not included. 1. Consistent location not testable enough. Suggested change: “Suggested: " then at least one of the following is provided in the same relative order on each page" 1. Is the “blocks of content” qualifier needed? This was intended to exclude things like PDFs, however, I think the conclusion of the (long) “Collections of web pages” thread [1] was that: > “set of documents” doesn’t apply to non-web documents. It’s a non-issue. Proposed change: Remove the ‘blocks of content’ reference. The ‘diff’ view can be seen and commented on: https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/1167 The preview can be reviewed: https://raw.githack.com/w3c/wcag/wcag22-findable-help-updates/understanding/22/findable-help.html Cheers, -Alastair 1] https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-gl/2020AprJun/0112.html
