The Working Group has discussed a quick, targeted update to the Conformance

Because of the quick turnaround time on the original survey, we are using
this new survey both to record responses to the Call for Consensus and to
capture any comments. If the survey does not show consensus to publish, the
comments will drive discussion at next Tuesday's call (if needed).  If we
reach consensus, we will publish the update this Friday. Please use the
survey rather than email to record your response.
