Thanks for the update Alastair.JoshInterAccess - Accessible UX -------- Original message --------From: Alastair Campbell <acampbell@nomensa.com> Date: 26/02/2019 23:52 (GMT+00:00) To: Joshue O Connor - InterAccess <josh@interaccess.ie> Cc: GLWAI Guidelines WG org <w3c-wai-gl@w3.org> Subject: RE: 2.2 / Silver separation Josh wrote: > So my money is still on a reworked set up uber SC a la Silver/WCAG 3.0 with a new conformance model. That’s in progress in any case. The questions are around *how* we ramp that up productively. There’s no point re-working content (guidelines/methods) until we know what the framework is, and establishing the framework is a task that needs focused & iterative work. I’d guess that is very sporadic from a whole-WG point of view. There’s some work pre/during/post CSUN that we can do on the ‘how’ we ramp up, but it does appear there is a gap in the 2019/20 (rec) work, and a large group can do more than one thing. We had a good discussion on this today, and from the previous discussion there does appear to be a useful 2.2 that could be done [1], we’ll reform the question to something more focused on 2.2.
