Each proposal is on branch, and that same branch has its proposed glossary items, then the proposed glossary items will be on the branch, not in the main branch of WCAG.
[Jason] This is correct. Unfortunately, however, in the case of the Personalization proposal, the branch contained a definition of “contextual information”, but not the other definitions that also needed to be present.
