Re: Draft Spec (2.1)

Each proposal is on branch, and that same branch has its proposed glossary
items, then the proposed glossary items will be on the branch, not in the
main branch of WCAG.

All branch items are linked from the issue. So the process of review is to

   1. go to the issue
   2. click the links to the SC for review
   3. Click the links for the glossary items for review for the SC

If there is a missing glossary item or a mistaken URL for any of the link,
we file a bug referencing the issue. I think it is a straightforward as can
be expected for 15 people working together on different items. I do not
propose a change to the process.
