how to make changes to timed events a stand alone

Hi FolksI am having trouble turning issue 14 (timed events) into a stand alone SC
It is similar 2.2.1 but with changes such as, the time out has to be much longer the 20 seconds (many people can not read the pop up telling them how to extend the session in just 20 seconds) and without data loss for a week.

Any advice? should i leave it as is and go for a pull request?


It is a critical one. Most groups with LD can not use WCAG conformant sites that have a time out.
