Thanks Wayne for letting us know that this is substantial issue for you 
(and potentially others).
The chairs will endeavour to accommodate you and indeed any others who 
need other
ways/alternatives to the existing tools that we use.

We would like to encourage any group member to let the chairs know 
directly of difficulties they have - and we will do our best to look at 
alternative provisions.
