SC manager question on the github branch from lisa.seeman on 2017-01-25 (w3c-wai-gl@w3.org from January to March 2017)

Hi Folks

When making the branch and the pull request do we delete all the section from the issue other than the conformance level, main SC text and label? 


What happens to the  benefits etc?  Should we put them in a following section?




This is what I see in the instructions
