Re: CFC Add Zoom Content (formerly Resize content) to Editors Draft

AGWG’ers,

As we have received substantially positive feedback leading up to this 
CfC, this CfC is agreed on as a consensus opinion of the working group. 
There was a suggestion from James to add a note in Understanding 
documents to provide more examples of where a 2D layout is required, as 
well as other exemptions such as code editors that cannot wrap text etc.
