RE: Must "technologies being used" be in a SC's text, if that SC has support in 2 technologies?

Java would be another example of a web technology that is still used today.  In the past I know Java was able to pull and apply OS settings for color from the platform (Look and feel).  But I don't know enough about the extent to which user styles can be applied.

More than that, I’m suggesting we ignore them altogether for 2.1. 

They aren’t being developed by the companies behind them, and as far as I can tell there aren’t companies developing with them either.

Unless someone can show otherwise, let’s not factor them into the discussion.
