testability section in the success cryteria

Hi Folks

I just want to clarify that  in the testability  section we were NOT asked to provide a valid test, but rather show ideas on how it could be testable,  and to discuss testability issue, such as if tools would be needed, or how people could know when they were done with the criteria. (This was clarified on the task force coordination call with Josh and Andrew)
