Don't forget. We worked separately as task forces. There will be overlap.
75 could shrink a lot with some merging. With holidays February might be
too ambitious.

We might organize these conceptually as follows: (1) Determine the unmet
need identified by the SC. This will usually be found in the Description
and Benefits sections. (2) Develop a needs set. (3) Group SCs by need. This
may help in merging similar SCs.

I sure wish github was accessible for low vision without having to regress
back to horizontal scrolling. Anyone who knows how to get large reflowed
text from github, let me know. This will be the hard part of the job for me.
