Re[4]: Colour Luminosity/Contrast for form inputs/controls/components

Some further thoughts:

In terms of minimums for 'inactive UI' components - they should really 
already have IMO a relatively high
ratio as the provide a visual level of affordance to the end user. So 
things being greyed out etc until they are
active/selected should be as high as possible - and then obviously 
higher when 'selected/active'.
