Diversity of stakeholders, use cases and personas is a VERY important
goal of Silver, and one that the group is very committed to. The WCAG
WG will be approving the stakeholder map, the use cases and personas
before they are complete, and the WCAG WG will be receiving regular
reports from the group so there should be sufficient controls to insure

I will say that personally, increasing the diversity of Silver is very
important to me, and the major reason that I agreed to the research
phase of the project.
