Not under WCAG 2 level A or AA but It would likely but not necessarily fail under level AAA SC 1.4.8. SC 1.4.4 allows for user agent zoom to compensate for use of pixel. So the only time use of pixels would fail this SC is if it wasn't accessibility supported by the technology stack. Personally I don't totally agree with this stance because zoom requires the user to scroll horizontally. Under 1.4.8. It would have to zoom without horizontal scroll - this is less likely to be handles correctly when pixels are used.
