This has reference to the post at http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/w3c-wai-gl/2007JulSep/0099.html and the two links given as examples for issues with screen magnification software namely: 1. http://www.netflix.com/BrowseSelection?lnkctr=nmhbs 2. http://www.si.edu/imax/shows.htm I believe the problem is more basic than that noted and is already addressed by SC that deal with device independence. The target links reveal text only when one mouses over them and one cannot perceive let alone access the text just with a keyboard interface. It is also inaccessible to users of screen reading software. So if this problem is fixed on the website, I imagine the issue for screen magnification software too will disappear.
