For example: To meet SC 4.1.1 your XML content must be "parsed unambiguously". To parse unambiguously your content must be well formed. To pass technique H75 your content must be well formed. Therefore you must pass tech H75 to meet SC 4.1.1 and comply with WCAG2. Conversely, if your X(HT)ML content fails H75 then it does not comply with WCAG2. Chris
