RE: Schedule for getting to Last Call

 Hi Bruce,

We're sorry that you are offended. The call for public comments ends
today. We have been monitoring the comments as each came in. We look
forward to the rest that may come in later today. If late breaking comments
bring up a problem that can't possibly be fixed in two months of meetings so
that we need to do another round, then we will do so. But if not - then we
need to alert our team to, and open discussion on the last call timing.

Regards,

Gregg

Is it not the least bit arrogant to be publicly planning how to get to Last
Call *before* the last Call for Public Review is even over? Are you not
advertising that the mere public can't possible have anything of value to
say that would throw off your intended schedule? Yes, I too am disappointed
that you are not getting more feedback, but that is not much of a
justification IMHO.

Please excuse the sig, I am too offended to wait to reply.
