Btw, as in other w3c recommendations and also in ISO/TS 16701, where suggest
to use accessibility API granted  by O.S. (eg. MSAA, Java Accessibility
API).. in case of javascript, who set these API?

Javascript is only a logical programming language based on ECMA-262
specification and use W3C DOM for working with the web pages in the web
applications. In the W3C DOM they are available all accessibility feature of
HTML therefore is possible make an accessible web applications.
