A possibly forgotten technique in testing WCAG 2.0-- one we discussed a lot back in September-- is personas or personae, or composite hypothetical users. I found an accessibility-related paper that deals with personas, in this case concerning cellphones: <http://www.wirelessrerc.gatech.edu/projects/research/r2.html> <http://www.wirelessrerc.gatech.edu/projects/media/wwrf_price.ppt> (Google the URL for HTML version) The research isn't done yet, but at least it's there. -- Joe Clark | joeclark@joeclark.org | <http://joeclark.org/access/> Author, _Building Accessible Websites_ | <http://joeclark.org/book/> Expect criticism if you top-post
