action item reminder

Thanks to Ben, we are tracking action items through bugzilla.  The list of

Please let me know your schedule for completing your action item.  The 
guideline summaries need to be finished in the next week or they will be 
reassigned.

If you see yourself listed for an action item that you have already 
completed, please send me the uri of the results of the action.
