Re: action item: clarified definition of keyboard interface

Hello List,
This is my version:
"Keyboard interface: is a feature of a device that allows it to be controlled or text to be entered by connecting a physical keyboard compatible with it."
I wish to highlight that onscreen keyboard interface like on a computer or on a PDA that requires a pointing device does not comply with the above definition. I believe this is the intent.
In earlier versions I object to "as if a keyboard has been used" and am not sure what "content" is being referred to.
  Thanks,

  Hello Don, Michael & list,

  Here's my 2 eurocents about Don's version:

My (small) rewrite of Don's version becomes:
"Keyboard interface": On devices that do not have a built-in or attached
keyboards, there is usually an alternate method for connecting a keyboard to
the device for the purpose of entering text.
Allowing control via the "keyboard interface" means that the content could
be controlled through commands issued from the keyboard or by alternate
entry methods that are capable of generating text as if a keyboard had been
  used.
