No, since link clarity allows users to assess where they can go. (Good
design always allows the quick evaluation of system state and options.)

You should not mix up apparently limited freedom to name links and the
responsibility to show what you have to offer, be it a link or something
else. Don't waste your user's time by letting them puzzle over a 'secret top
link'.
