2.4 in the CSS tech doc says:
Use numbers, not names, for colors.
I think one of the great things about CSS is its simplicity, including use
of real language. I think that, in a way, it is an accessibility issue for
web designers who may have cognitive disabilities. I recommend we remove
this recommendation.
