Demarcating URLs (was: This week's agenda)

These URLs are, of course, unusable because they have not been handled
properly by the author.

1. Surround the URL by < and > with no spaces. Do not blithely paste into
a message. Cf.

or

2. Use an URL-shortening service; Cf. <http://notlong.com/links/>.
