 REF 1.3         Adding color to 1.3


 

At the present time, color should be covered under item 1.3, but it is not.
In fact, I wasn't able to find color specifically covered by any success
criteria.  Suggest the following two changes.

1.       That a second required success criteria be added which reads any
information presented using color is also available without color. (e.g.
through context or markup)

2.       Also suggest an item be created as a "Level 2" item that reads "any
information presented using color is also available without color and
without having to interpret markup".

 

[If we do not implement Level-2, then this would become a best practice.]
