Which of these icons is a cat? What is the other?
Until we start using icons beyond play/back, we are not in a position to comment on their accessibility.

Usability and scientific method tell us that it is only by recourse to observation that we can justify opinions.

If you don't like my artwork that's fine, But for goodness sake accept that if you wish to define accessibility, it must include art in all its forms. Reviewers are not only the ones who write, Warhol commented on Marilyn Munroe, to paraphrase Koons:
