Review of Techniques document prior to publication

Please review the latest draft of the Techniques document at

Another draft, updated to reflect the changes agreed upon at Thursday's
meeting, will be released next week.

The review period ends next Wednesday, and it is expected that the final
opportunity to discuss changes will be Thursday's meeting. Thereafter, the
document will be reviewed by the interest group prior to publication as a
W3C note.
