Re: NOFRAMES is the right way.

That's exactly what I want.

As far as I can see NOFRAMES is the crucial feature of the whole frames
model that allows it to be accessible, in exactly the same way that ALT
and LONGDESC are crucial to IMG (although I far prefer OBJECT, and
will be happy in a few years when it is actually widely implemented)
