Cross-language translation links

Hi Eric,

I don' know if you've worked out a cross-language automatic system - we quickly mentioned it at TPAC when Richard Ishida said we should consider automating links from one page to another, as translations will add up and we can't go through each page every time a new one was translated to change all links etc.

But for the record, what I've done so far for French is:

· Either directly point of the resource in French when there was a French version (usually through ".fr" suffixing)

· Or point to the original and add "{: hreflang="en"}[?+] (en anglais)"

(NB: the "[?+]" pseudo regular expression is a placeholder for whatever character there is between hreflang and "en anglais" strings, eg. "{: hreflang="en"}** (en anglais)" in wai-accessibility-principles/index.fr.md)

Let me know if/when some preferred method is chosen.

In the meantime happy holidays all!
