Translations: proofreading

Hi Sylvie,

As we discussed during TPAC, you said you would be willing to proofread translations to French. If you're still OK with the idea, here are the things I finished this week:

Video Introduction to Web Accessibility and W3C Standards. Shawn created a French branch called fr-translation, that I cloned:
