Minutes and work for this week

Greetings dear colleagues,

Minutes are attached from Friday's teleconference meeting and Work for this
Week <https://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/wiki/EOWG_Meetings#Work_for_this_week> is
updated. Note there are links to three surveys. The first two - on the
Showcase w/video and QuickRef - are important surveys that have been posted
for over a week.   The third is the weekly survey with reminders for review
of upcoming resource development.
