Hello Sylvie, Thank you for the comments. SLH: If there is a formal document in English, we want that. If not, we would welcome the person to translate the title. I'll think if there is a simple way to communicate that. > > 2. I don't understand why you write after the few instructions and before "Additional Notes on Format and Content": > "You don't need to read any more of this page to submit updates". > the information below that is important to have an update with good quality. SLH: For people like you who are committing time to do thorough updates for a country, yes that information is important. A different use case for this page is people who want to quickly give us a single update, for example, when a new regulation is in place in their country. We don't want to require them to read a long page of detailed instructions. Does that make sense? > SLH writes: >> [...] A little thing: I started Cliff's action item on filling message content with the e-mail link. Here are two options for how to include the line breaks: http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/changelogs/cl-policy-list#testemail I didn't do much research on it -- Let me know if one is better than the other, or if there's a different way to do it better. > SD: I don't understand what this is, both looks the same for me. Or is there a difference when you click on the link to send the e-mail? SLH: When you click on them, they populate the e-mail message subject and body. The two options implement line breaks differently. I'm not sure how different e-mail clients will handle them. Based on an e-mail from Andrew, I might add another option as well for HTML e-mail.
