Definitely up to editor's discretion &/or can be addressed in a future version... but... 1. Title of the doc. "Approaching Organizations with Inaccessible Websites to Encourage Accessibility" Suggest change to "How to complain about an inaccessible website" or "How to report an inaccessible website" reasons: SOunds less as if designed by committee (yes, I know, I know). Simple English. Shorter. Contains words that reflect the user goals of the user reading the page. [ref: Reqs: Primary audience: People wanting to report Web accessibility problems] Otherwise, good to go. -- Liam McGee Managing Director Communis Ltd t: +44 (0)1373 836 476 w: www.communis.co.uk twit: www.twitter.com/liammcgee
