I really like Andrew's letter.

I just have one additional
idea. Recently some trouble
with a specific site. They did
respond positively, but not
without a nudge. I complained
to my purchasing department at
my organization who purchase a
lot of the product. They
passed the complaint along and
we got a quick response.

The lesson: if your
organization has a purchasing
relationship with the company,
send your report to the
purchasing group. This works
sometimes.
