Hi all - I like How to complain about an inaccessible websites - uses the 'how to' formulation alongside 'complain' (SEO) and Encouraging accessibility - Approaching organizations with inaccessible websites - quite positive (although not sure that people who are motivated enough to search out this info are motivated by positive emotions, in which case a negative formuilation such as 'complain' may be a better match for how they would express their desire).
