EOWG reminders: regrets, copyedits, e-mail subjects, face-to-face meeting

EOWG,

Below are a few notes for new EOWG participants and reminders for others.

1. Regrets and expected teleconference attendance:
* Indicate your expected attendance for upcoming teleconferences in the "Availability for Upcoming EOWG Teleconferences" survey at http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/availability/
* Update the survey as your schedule changes.
* Update the survey every few weeks to answer the new dates added to the end.
* You do *not* need to send regrets to the EOWG list. (However, if you indicated in the survey that you will attend a teleconference and that changes a day or two before, please e-mail the Chair/Staff Contact <shawn@w3.org> to let her know of the change.)

2. Copyedits:
* Send typos, minor copyedits, and other such editorial corrections that do not need EOWG discussion to the separate EOWG Editors list: wai-eo-editors@w3.org
* Send comments for EOWG review or discussion to the regular list: w3c-wai-eo@w3.org

3. E-mail subjects:
Please make your e-mail subject line relevant to the topic of the e-mail. For example, if you reply to a message about multiple documents, please change the subject line to match the topic of your comments.

4. Face-to-face meeting:
EOWG will have a face-to-face meeting 5-6 November 2009, in Santa Clara, CA, USA, at the W3C TPAC 2009. TPAC information is available from <http://www.w3.org/2009/11/TPAC/overview.html>

If you will not be able to attend the face-to-face meeting, please indicate that in the WAI EOWG F2F Meeting November 2009 questionnaire at <http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35532/tpac2009/>

Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Thanks,
~Shawn
