Hi, Trying to get the 'shared experiences' bit in, as well as specifying it the Web, and who the two groups are, how about returning to sort of where we started: Shared Web Experiences: Mobile Device Users and People with Disabilities or Shared Experiences: Mobile Web Users and People with Disabilities Or is it still too long?
