Alan,

Great! I really like splitting it up.

Some further ideas:
* Treat it as one document that is split across multiple web pages, as opposed to separate documents.
* Combine what is currently the Preface and the Introduction
- Title it "Relationship Between Mobile Web Best Practices 1.0 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines" (no need for "preface" or "introduction")
- Edit it down to relevant status and technical information, deleting introductory material that can now be covered in the intro & barriers docs (drafts: http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/MWBP-WCAG/accessibility_mobile.html and http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/Drafts/MWBP-WCAG/accessibility_mobile_barriers.html )
* Consider putting "Doing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 and Mobile Web Best Practices 1.0 Together" first in the lists, instead of last. Consider taking "Doing" out of the title. For the shortname, instead of [Together], consider [WCAG 2.0 and MWBP Together]
* Consider changing "From XYZ Towards XYZ" to "From XYZ To XYZ" since "towards" sounds like trying to get there, but not; whereas "to" sounds like getting there
* Move the [contents] link under the <hr /> since it applies to the specific web page, not to the overall documents
