This new process document explains the process at the right tone. It will work for people who know something about accessibility and web standards and need to know specifics about the W3C phases of standards development, review and approval. It seems consistent with the described personae. I think we should minimize the use of internal abbreviations and and acronyms. Based on our personae they know what they are do in the disability access realm, but they don't know how W3C works. Fragments like IG and WG are especially ambiguous. I think the goal here is to keep the topic list short as possible to hit our two page limit, but spend words on simple language explanations. The current draft goes well along this road.
