Some thoughts of the essay:

The document “Evaluating Web Accessibility with Users” is really well
formed as is. I think any major insertions or deletions would detract. I
especially like the notion of getting disabled users involved early. The
difference between informal and formal evaluation is clear. The point
that this is no substitute for usability testing is clear. Finally, the
essay makes the warning to avoid gross generalizing from a single
disabled subject clearly and in a form that is understandable.
