RE: "Quick Tips" form first draft for comments

Hi Guys,

 

I bet you have the google toolbar installed! It makes the entry fields
yellow if it can supply data. I got caught by this one when I first
installed it last year.

Harvey, I've looked at the page with six different browsers in Windows and I
don't see any yellow either.

(presumably meaning "required") except
organization (and that also asserts it is required)?
