WAP forum A consortium of approximately 400 members. Wireless Applications Protocol http://www.wapforum.org specifications at http://www.wapforum.org/what/technical.htm Mobile web browsing, using an XML-based language called WML - similar to HTML. THere is a W3C liaison with WAP. THe work of WAP is mostly restricted to WAP members. (maybe we should add privacy to the list of things we are collecting?)
