Guidelines 4.1 - Integrate accessibility solutions into relevant automated tools and wizards, and 4.3 - Ensure that all markup inserted by the authoring tool is accessible are essentially the same guideline, and techniques 4.1.1 and 4.3.2 are virtually the same.
