New Unified Document

Hello all,

Sorry for the delay.  Jutta and I authored a unified recommendartion
document yesterday.  It is available for commment at:

http://www.w3.org/WAI/AU/AUTrialRecs.html

It includes the ALT recommendations, the short version of the other
recommendations and some more introductory text.
