Note that we plan for both versions to go through ISO: * WCAG 2.2 "5 October 2023" version (https://www.w3.org/TR/2023/REC-WCAG22-20231005/) — We expect ISO/IEC 40500:2025 to be finalized and announced in the coming weeks. * WCAG 2.2 "12 December 2024" version (https://www.w3.org/TR/2024/REC-WCAG22-20241212/) — We plan to submit this through ISO after the previous version is finalized. We think it will be finalized in mid-late 2026. We would like to consult with you regarding the versions of WCAG 2.2 to be used for preparing the CAT in Thai. In parallel with the W3C translation of WCAG 2.2 into Thai, we are working with the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) to translate WCAG 2.2 into Thai as an update version of the Thai Industrial Standard "WCAG 2.0" (TIS 2565-2555). TISI, a member of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), typically adopts ISO standards for its TIS publications. Therefore, we plan to publish the update version of WCAG 2.0 based on ISO/IEC 40500:2025 "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2" which is based on the "5 October 2023" version (https://www.w3.org/TR/2023/REC-WCAG22-20231005/). We are currently translating the "5 October 2023" version. After comparing it with the 12 December 2024 " version, we found only minor differences. Our goal is to provide updated Thai translations of WCAG 2.2 for both TISI and W3C. We would like to ask: Can we prepare CATs for both WCAG 2.2 versions ("5 October 2023" and "12 December 2024") and conduct the review and approval processes for both versions at the same time? * 12 December 2024 (https://www.w3.org/TR/2024/REC-WCAG22-20241212/) * 5 October 2023 (https://www.w3.org/TR/2023/REC-WCAG22-20231005/) Thank you in advance for your guidance.
