Intention to translate WCAG 2.2 into brazilian portuguese (authorized W3C translation)

Dear All

My name is Reinaldo Ferraz, from Ceweb.br/W3C Chapter São Paulo. 
Following the Policy for Authorized W3C Translations 
(http://www.w3.org/2005/02/TranslationPolicy) I would like to notify you 
of the intention to make the authorized translation of WCAG 2.2 
(https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/) into Brazilian Portuguese.
